We're in NEFL and our kids went to HS here.

We we're blessed with very good students and they hung out with the other "nerds" as well. It was interesting to see how the in-state schools recruited and who went where/why.

UCF and USF are both working hard to upgrade the level of incoming students, much more so than FSU. UF can often gets its choice but more and more top students are taking the extra cash and doing undergrad at USF/UCF...or targeting a specific program (music, nursing, etc.).

UCF did well to get out of the Citrus Bowl. Would love to see USF do something similar. Sports-wise, both of those schools can be as big as they want to be, imo.
